Our veterinarians at Pet Emergency Centers would appreciate the opportunity to review the case and communicate with the referring veterinarian prior to transfer to ensure that we are fully prepared for the patient’s care when they arrive. This will assist our team in creating a smooth transition for you and your client. Please feel free to contact our team if you have any questions, concerns, or if you are in need of an update on your patient’s condition.

Please ensure that we have the following information for your patient:

• A copy of the pet record that details medication dosage and time they were administered
• A copy of blood work, radiographs, and any other pertinent information for the case.

We've upgraded to the IDEXX Catalyst and are able to share results via "the Cloud" and will continue to fax records including all lab work daily.
